According to the direction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over the organization of periodic and surprise reviews and inspections of industrial establishments with large sources of emissions such as cement, thermal power, steel, etc.; strictly handle violations of regulations on environmental protection.
Production, business and service establishments that are subject to installing automatic and continuous monitoring systems for emissions must urgently implement and transmit data directly to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring.
At the same time, Khanh Hoa will maintain a stable operation of the existing air monitoring station system, ensuring that data is collected and the daily air quality index (AQI) is publicly published on mass media and electronic applications, making it easier for people to access and proactively protect their health.
The Department of Construction is assigned to coordinate with relevant units to develop and implement the "low-emission zone" project in large cities, while promoting the conversion to public transport, clean energy vehicles, green energy.
The province requires strict control of construction material transportation activities, strictly handle vehicles that do not cover, cause falls and dust. 100% of construction works must implement measures to reduce dust and emissions such as covering, spraying water, washing vehicles in and out of the works; repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly repeated works will be temporarily suspended from operation.
The People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones are responsible for disseminating and disseminating information about air quality to people, recommending limiting outdoor activities when AQI is at a bad or dangerous level.
