Automobile transport business units are required to develop a reasonable transportation organization plan, not to carry overloaded or exceed the prescribed number of people, ensure service quality and absolutely not to transport flammable materials, live livestock and poultry with passengers. Absolutely do not put into operation vehicles that do not ensure technical safety conditions, have expired, have expired inspection, or lack rescue equipment.
Enterprises must direct the technical department and transport management to regularly monitor the operation of vehicles through a journey monitoring system and cameras mounted on the vehicle. At the same time, thoroughly grasp the team of drivers and service staff to strictly implement legal regulations on traffic safety and fire prevention; strictly handle violations, including suspending drivers or service staff if necessary.
The Department of Construction of Hai Duong province requires bus station management and operation units to develop a reasonable transportation service plan and prepare additional means to promptly relieve passenger congestion, especially during rush hours. The requirement is to ensure quality and safety for passengers, minimizing flight delays and cancellations.
Along with that, bus stations need to proactively coordinate with the Department of Construction Inspectorate and local Traffic Police to ensure security and order inside and outside the station area. Forms of electronic ticket sales and pre-booking are encouraged to be promoted, and the prices of fares and service fees are transparent so that people can easily access them.
The bus station also needs to strictly control the car processing process, carefully monitor the technical conditions of vehicles and operators before exporting. The violations such as leaving the trip, picking up passengers in the wrong place, disguised activities will be strictly handled in accordance with the wharf's regulations.
The Department of Construction of Hai Duong province also proposed to publicly announce the hotline phone number on mass media to receive and promptly handle people's opinions related to transportation activities and traffic order and safety during the holiday.
