5 people were tortured, 1 person died while doing "easy work, high salary"
On November 11, the Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security informed that after a period of investigation, An Giang Provincial Police had concluded the investigation, proposing to prosecute Nguyen Khac Manh (from Nghe An), Nguyen Van Khoa (from Nghe An), Hoang Van Thanh (from Thanh Hoa) and Nguyen Ngoc Thao, Phan Sy Dung for the crime of "Robbery; Kidnapping for the purpose of appropriating property".
Le Duy Cuong was proposed to be prosecuted for "Murder, Robbery and Kidnapping for the purpose of appropriating property". Regarding the case, some suspects are on the run, the investigation agency is searching for them, and will handle them later.
Nguyen Khac Manh and his accomplices, after luring many people to Cambodia with the promise of "easy work, high salary", kidnapped them and tortured them, causing one person to die.

Arrested 2 suspects involved in smuggling diamond case
On November 11, Ho Chi Minh City Police urgently arrested two subjects for "running the case" related to the transportation of 716 smuggled diamonds.
Regarding the case of a foreigner bringing more than 700 diamonds into Vietnam without declaring, on November 11, the Economic Police Department (PC03), Ho Chi Minh City Police urgently arrested Nguyen Thi Linh (born in 1972, residing in Ben Tre province); Ly Thi Ngoc Bich (born in 1979, residing in Go Vap district, Ho Chi Minh City) for "running the case".
Previously, on October 23, authorities discovered Prajapati Shaileshkumar Hareshbhai, an Indian citizen, carrying 716 undeclared diamonds when entering Vietnam through Tan Son Nhat airport. The total value of the diamonds was up to tens of billions of VND.

6-lane road to reduce traffic congestion Tan Son Nhat delayed to open to traffic until 2.2025
The 6-lane Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road, costing over VND4,800 billion, at the gateway to Tan Son Nhat airport, has been postponed to February 2025, instead of the end of this year.
Construction started at the end of 2022, the Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road project (Tan Binh district) is more than 4km long with a total investment of more than 4,800 billion VND.
When completed, this route will directly connect to Tan Son Nhat Airport's T3 terminal (expected to be operational on April 30, 2025), opening up additional access to the airport and reducing pressure on the main entrance on Truong Son Street.
