Nearly half of Hue City still has no electricity
According to statistics from Hue Power Company, as of this morning (October 30), there were still about 166,400 customers in the area without power, accounting for 48.4% of the total number of customers in the city. From 5am the same day, all the company's forces were mobilized and closely followed the scene to urgently fix the problem and find the safest power supply plan for the people.
Mr. Nguyen Dai Phuc - Director of Hue Power Company said that the unit is focusing all resources, prioritizing the restoration of power to residential areas, hospitals, schools and water supply systems. According to the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, at 6:00 a.m. on October 30, the water level on the main rivers had decreased but was still high.

HCMC invests in 5 more overpasses and underpasses to help National Highway 13 escape traffic jams
National Highway 13 is a vital traffic axis connecting the center of Ho Chi Minh City with the northern localities of the city, especially connecting the industrial park system. According to records, this route is currently often congested, causing environmental pollution. Some sections are flooded, affecting the lives of people on both sides of the road. Traffic congestion has become increasingly serious at the intersections from Suoi Giua toll station to Vinh Binh bridge.

Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group - JSC (Becamex Group) said that it has proposed to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to carry out the previous legal procedures to approve the adjustment of the BOT project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13 - the section from Vinh Binh Bridge to Le Hong Phong intersection, about 13 km long. National Highway 13 will be expanded from 6 to 8 lanes. At the same time, the overpass is considered a solution to help National Highway 13 escape congestion at intersections.

Gasoline prices increased sharply from 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, October 30
In today's adjustment session (October 30), gasoline prices increased simultaneously compared to the previous price management period. Of which, E5 RON 92 gasoline is priced at VND19,760/liter (up VND710/liter). RON 95-III gasoline is priced at VND 20,488/liter (up VND 762/liter).
Prices of oil products increased simultaneously. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND 19,203/liter (up VND 1,318/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND 19,271/liter (up VND 1,156/liter); mazut 180CST 3.5S is priced at VND 14,639/kg (up VND 541/kg).
