On November 1, the Long Thanh International Airport Labor Recruitment Council (abbreviated as Long Thanh Airport) announced the recruitment of workers to work at Long Thanh Airport, in Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai Province.
This time, the number of additional workers at Long Thanh airport is 132 people. In particular, at the Terminal Exploitation Center, Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) recruited terminal equipment operators (11 people), BHS operators (17 people), terminal and garage electromechanical equipment operators (17 people), terminal equipment operators, maintenance and repair engineers (1 person), information technology engineers (2 people), low-voltage power system maintenance and repair engineers (1 person) and low-voltage power system maintenance and repair workers (23 people).

The first day of operation of the 172 bus route connecting Ben Thanh - Vung Tau
On November 1, Ho Chi Minh City's 172 bus route officially began operating, transporting passengers from Ben Thanh area to Vung Tau bus station and vice versa by 16-seat vehicle. This is a non-subsidized bus route operated by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to meet the travel needs of people, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the area after the merger.

Recorded on the Vung Tau side, the first bus departing to Ben Thanh had only 1 passenger at the starting point. The following trains were also empty. Meanwhile, the first trip from Ben Thanh (HCMC) to Vung Tau was packed with passengers; the second trip also reached nearly half of the seats. Faced with the complicated flood situation, some localities have evacuated people. Of which, Vung Ang ward evacuated 184 households/484 people; Ky Thuong commune 135 households/166 people; Ky Lac commune 169 households/220 people; Cam Lac commune 98 household 1998 people; Ky Van commune 317 households/991 people; Cam Due 355 households/720 people to safety.
