The Golden Lotus Bud Award will be organized in the form of honoring each region, in order to expand participation opportunities and spread human values across the country. It is expected that the honoring ceremony for the Northern region will take place on February 16 at the Eastern Culture House (Hai Phong); the honoring ceremony for the Southern region on March 15 in Ho Chi Minh City.
