Accordingly, the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dien Bien province, term 2025-2030, will take place for 2 days (November 18-19, 2025), at the Provincial Conference - Culture Center.
The total number of delegates attending the Congress is 400 delegates. Of which, there were 300 official delegates (including 83 course delegates, 27 appointments and 190 allocated from the commune level) and 100 invited delegates.
The 14th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress has the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development".
Speaking at the Press Conference, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation said that preparations for the Congress have been basically completed, ready for the important political event of the great national unity bloc in the province.

Notably, in the 2025-2030 term, the number of members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is 120 (an increase of 37 members compared to the 2019-2024 term).
Mr. Tan Minh Long said that the increase in the number of members comes from the requirement to reorganize the local government apparatus at 2 levels.
"The increase in members also aims to more widely gather all classes of people to participate in the Fatherland Front. This will be the core force in front work, implemented directly at the grassroots level" - Mr. Long emphasized.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has developed a detailed propaganda plan before, during and after the Congress. Logistics, security, and health care have been carefully implemented, ensuring the Congress is solemn, safe, economical and effective.
Information at the Press Conference, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said that the agency has set many important goals for the 2025-2030 term.
Accordingly, every year, mobilization activities are organized, donating resources to support the "For the Poor" Fund and social security. Strive to mobilize resources to support the construction and repair of over 1,000 houses for poor households, near-poor households of meritorious people, and those affected by natural disasters and fires.
