HCMC - More than 90 tons of goods in the Binh Duong area were previously being transported to people in flooded areas.

On November 23, trucks with about 90 tons were being transported by the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society, Facility 2, Phu Loi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province) to support people affected by storms and floods in Dak Lak Province.

According to Mr. Tong Xuan Giang - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society, there were 3 trips of trucks transporting necessities such as: rice, noodles, milk, cakes of all kinds, sausages, boxed fish, stream water, clothes, flashlights, medicine... to people affected by natural disasters and floods.

Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society, branch 2 (Phu Loi ward) is continuing to receive necessities from people and businesses to classify and arrange them on trucks to support people in flooded areas.

In Binh Duong ward, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee is also receiving donations from people and donors. By this morning, the unit had received 922 million VND to support people in flooded areas.
