Mr. Nguyen Thanh Kien holds the position of President of the City Union of Literature and Arts Associations. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan holds the position of President of the City Association for the Promotion of Education. Mr. Ta Dinh Nghia holds the position of President of the City Journalists Association. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hang holds the position of President of the City Lawyers Association. Mr. Vo Minh Canh holds the position of President of the City Cooperative Union.
Mr. Tran Phuoc Son holds the position of Head of the Representative Board of the City Association of the Elderly. Mr. Hoang Quyet Thang holds the position of Chairman of the City Association of the Blind. Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Nga holds the position of Chairman of the City Association of victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. Ms. Huynh Ngoc Hong Nhung holds the position of Chairman of the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities, Orphans and Poor Patients in the City. Mr. Tran Quoc Pham holds the position of Chairman of the City Association of Veterans of the Volunteer Youth.
