Cao Bang - The program "Following the Footsteps of People" has just been organized in Truong Ha commune.

On the morning of January 28, in Truong Ha commune (Cao Bang province), the Political Work Department (Ministry of Public Security) in coordination with the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized the program "Following the Footsteps of People".

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 85th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's return to the country to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution (January 28, 1941 - January 28, 2026), and at the same time to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

Attending the program were Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, representatives of the Central Youth Union, the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Political Work Department (Ministry of Public Security) and sponsors.

At the program, the Organizing Committee and accompanying units presented gifts and financial support with a total value of more than 2.5 billion VND to poor households, policy families, students in difficult circumstances who strive to study well and implemented many social security projects in the province.

Specifically, 1,700 gifts were given to poor households, policy families, students and grassroots police and security forces.

Sponsors also supported the construction of 4 projects "Machine room for children", awarded 200 online English scholarships, 20 computers to students and schools; supported the construction of 4 houses "House of Love", "House 19/8".

In addition, the program also allocates funds to build "Border Power Road", "Fatherland Road", "Uncle Ho's Gratitude Tree Garden", "Youth Tree Garden", contributing to improving life and infrastructure in the locality.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Linh Thanh Tuyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Truong Ha commune - expressed his gratitude for the concern and sharing of the Organizing Committee and sponsors.

According to him, meaningful gifts and projects are a source of encouragement for the Party Committee, government and local people to continue to strive to build the Party, ensure national defense and security, develop socio-economy, and improve people's lives.

On the same day, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and leaders of the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances at An Minh Co., Ltd.

The delegation presented 20 gifts, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and Tet gifts worth 300 thousand VND.

At the visit, Comrade Huynh Thanh Xuan requested trade union levels and businesses to continue to pay attention to caring for life, improving skills, ensuring labor safety for workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

The activity is part of a series of Tet care programs of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, aimed at bringing a warm and meaningful Tet to workers.
