On the morning of November 14, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired a meeting and gave opinions on the preparation for the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dien Bien province, term 2025-2030.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Mua A Vang - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province; leaders of the Departments in the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.
Presenting content related to the preparation for the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dien Bien province, term 2025-2030, Mr. Mua A Vang said that in the 2025-2030 term, the Congress will propose directions to strengthen the core political role and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in propagating, contributing to building the great national unity bloc, contributing to creating social solidarity, promoting the strength of great national unity, the heroic tradition of the Border Guard, fostering the tradition of patriotism, national pride, belief, and aspiration to develop the homeland and country.
In addition, continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, build and strengthen the Vietnam Fatherland Front system towards the grassroots level to play a good role as a bridge between the Party Committee, government and people; clearly identify tasks, solutions and action programs and strengthen the building of the organizational apparatus and the team of cadres to meet the requirements of the tasks... The Congress is expected to be held on November 18-19, 2025.
Speaking at the meeting, from the opinions of delegates attending the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Ha Thi Nga suggested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province should accept and edit it to suit the actual situation in the locality to complete the content of the draft document submitted to the Congress.
Accordingly, the Congress program needs to be arranged reasonably, scientifically, and concisely, ensuring the content of the two working sessions and selecting outstanding individuals who have made many positive contributions to the Congress to present at the Congress to create a strong influence among the people; at the same time, the Presidium leading the Congress must have the colors of all classes and classes in Dien Bien province.
Regarding the content of the draft documents submitted to the Congress, Vice President Ha Thi Nga suggested that the content of the action programs should closely follow the content of the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term; the content of the draft Political Report of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and closely follow the content of the Resolutions of the Politburo and the Secretariat that have just been issued.
Along with that, it is necessary to review the targets of the term to suit the actual situation in the locality and closely follow the 6 action programs mentioned in the draft Political Report; at the same time, the content of the review report of the term needs to further clarify the highlights and lessons learned from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the past term, especially the timely advisory role of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front in grasping the situation at the grassroots level and clarifying the role of cooperation, coordination and unification of actions of the Provincial Fatherland Front.
Regarding personnel submitted to the Congress, Vice Chairwoman Ha Thi Nga suggested that each Committee member in the 2025 - 2030 term must be truly outstanding and contribute to the overall activities of the Committee. In particular, it is necessary to select more outstanding individuals in the fields of science, technology, culture... to clearly see the political alliance of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province in the new period so that the activities of the Front can create a strong influence to all classes of people in the whole province.
