At each place visited, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan congratulated and encouraged the Khmer Buddhist Sangha and Khmer people in Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate the Sen Dolta Festival in 2025 joyfully, peacefully and happily. At the same time, he hoped that the heads and ethnic groups would continue to participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels, contributing to building the great national unity bloc.
