According to the representative of the consulting unit, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Khanh Hoa province currently has 4 general departments and 6 professional departments with a large scale of management. The current need for system digitalization is very necessary.
The consulting unit proposed digitizing data of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province; building an information system and internal database to comprehensively serve the activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels.
In particular, focusing on the fields of Office, Propaganda - Social Work, Democracy - Supervision and Social Criticism, Organization - Inspection and other specialized departments.
Delegates discussed and contributed opinions on 6 main contents related to the digitalization of data such as: Component, quantity, monitoring method, quality assessment of union members and association members.
Propaganda, mobilization, and grasp of the people's situation; building a database to manage housing needs for poor, near-poor households and those in difficult circumstances in the province...
In particular, the conference also discussed digital transformation plans, archiving, monitoring reports, conclusions, results of feedback, and resolving recommendations and recommendations after supervision and criticism.
Focus on documenting the conclusions of conferences and meetings; developing paperless meeting rooms, applying digital signatures, presenting and operating online.
This is considered a platform to help the Front agencies work scientifically, save time and costs, and be ready to connect online with the facility at any time.
Mr. Pham Van Hau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province - emphasized that data digitalization is an urgent requirement and a strategic step forward in the process of building a digital society "near the people, for the people".
He also requested the Provincial Front and socio-political organizations to build a complete digital dat resource set, fully prepared with infrastructure and human resources to ensure effective operation when the software system is officially put into operation.
