Implementing Plan No. 853/KH-DCT dated November 6 of the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union on implementing the tasks of science, technology and digital transformation in 2025 of the Vietnam Women's Union; with the consensus of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Women's Working Committee coordinated with the Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to organize a digital skills and information security training course for staff of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Party Central Committee member, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen said that in the recent past, the Vietnam Women's Union has made continuous efforts and pioneers in digital transformation, associated with the application of information technology as a breakthrough in the 2022-2027 term.
In particular, the Association has launched and strongly implemented the "Women's Digital Learning" movement with the motto "Each Women's Union cadre is a digital citizen", to popularize digital skills for millions of women across the country.
Not only stopping at the Women's Union, with the proactive spirit and desire to accompany and share resources with the political system, the Vietnam Women's Union has proposed and been approved by competent authorities for the Project on Application of Science and Technology and Digital Transformation in 2025, in which, the in-depth training course on digital skills and information security for officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and central socio-political organizations today is the concretization of the Association's commitment, not only improving the capacity of the Association's staff but also contributing to improving digital skills for the core staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
With the presence of many trainees from the professional departments of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Farmers' Association, the Vietnam Veterans' Association, etc., Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen expressed her confidence in the great determination of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in "joining" the national digital transformation.

It is known that from December 2-3, the Training Course "Lecturer on digital skills and information security for cadres of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations" is specially designed, focusing on the most practical and urgent issues today:
First, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Application: practice applying AI to increase text processing performance, synthesize information and innovate working methods. This is a concrete step to modernize the work of consulting, management and operation.
Second, Cyber Security: This training course is also an early and practical action of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to respond to the spirit of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention) which was just signed in Hanoi on October 25 and 26.
Third, synchronizing data and shared platforms: Representatives of the Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will discuss and guide the effective exploitation of shared platforms of the Vietnam Fatherland Front such as: "Digital Front" Platform, Review Monitoring System, petition Reflection Receiving System.... These are key tools to achieve the goal of "correct, complete, clean, and alive" data, ensuring data connection and synchronization between the Front and member organizations.
The lecturers of the training course are artificial intelligence experts with a lot of experience teaching the Vietnam Women's Union and agencies and organizations; Cyber Security experts from the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control (A05) and representatives of the Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front discuss shared software.
