On the first working day of the Congress, delegates consulted and elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Ca Mau province for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 120 members. At the first session, the democratic consultation sent a Standing Committee of 10 members (including the Chairman and 9 Vice Chairmen).
Mr. Ho Thanh Thuy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - is Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
The 9 Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province include:
1. Mr. Le Thanh Trieu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
2. Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Han, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
3. Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
4. Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
5. Ms. Huynh Ut Muoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
6. Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Linh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.

The Congress also discussed 15 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates attending the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026 - 2031 term.
The Congress voted to pass the Resolution with 13 targets and 7 Action Programs for the 2025-2030 term with the determination to successfully implement the Party's resolutions and the province's socio-economic development tasks, contributing to making Ca Mau province confidently enter a new era with the whole country.
