On the morning of November 20, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2024-2029 term held its first meeting. At the meeting, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee carried out the negotiation process, appointing officials to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term.
Based on the Notice dated November 6, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel for consultation to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Official Dispatch dated November 17, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on personnel exchange, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee submitted to the consultation conference to elect the position of Chairman for Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, Member of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
Through negotiations, members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee unanimously voted to appoint Mr. Tran Quoc Toan as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen Province for the 2024-2029 term.
The personnel improvement was carried out after Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, was assigned by the Central Government to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee.

Speaking after being trusted, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan said that this is both an honor and a great responsibility, especially in the context of many changes in the political system organization, no longer with intermediaries.
He emphasized that the Provincial Fatherland Front is facing many important tasks, including participating in organizing elections for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels. He hopes that the Front cadres will unite and strive to fulfill their tasks well, contributing to promoting the strength of great solidarity, building Hung Yen province to develop more and more.
Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, 52 years old, from Luong Bang commune, Hung Yen province, has a master's degree in Economic Management. He has held many important positions in the political system such as Director of the Department of Justice, Secretary of the Kim Dong District Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Also at the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province deployed preparations to organize the 1st Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025-2030.
