On August 12, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to announce the decision of the Party Executive Committee of the City Party Agencies on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City; the decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies on appointing personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025 - 2030 term.
At the same time, the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee on the establishment and appointment of personnel for Party committees of affiliated Party cells and Party committees was announced.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai - Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies said that the Party Committees of the City Party Agencies were established on the basis of merging 3 Party Committees: Party Committees of the Party Agencies of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City.
Immediately after its establishment, the Party Executive Committee focused on efforts to stabilize the organization to put the Party Committee's activities into operation in accordance with principles, regulations and qualities. At the same time, urgently consolidate, improve and establish affiliated grassroots Party organizations, creating a foundation to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party at the grassroots level.
Up to now, many contents and tasks have basically ensured quality and progress according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said that the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee is to better improve the functions, tasks and scale of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Immediately after today's conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc suggested leading and directing Party committees and Party cells to urgently develop and promulgate regulations, rules, and working procedures at all levels, associated with the role of leadership and direction in Party building work.
At the same time, direct the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells to complete the working program from now until the end of 2025; prepare to organize the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and people's organizations.
Continue to closely and synchronously coordinate with relevant agencies in merging, perfecting, and arranging Party cells and Party Committees of departments, offices, and units; ensure progress, quality, and efficiency, in line with the new organizational model, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
In addition, pay attention to and direct the completion of the Party's work program more closely, associated with 10 working tasks; comprehensively and synchronously implement to achieve the highest results.
Closely and synchronously coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with socio-political organizations to comprehensively implement tasks and programs.
