Hai Phong - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the city has just issued an official dispatch on strengthening the prevention and control of storm No. 3.

Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on strengthening the direction of responding to storm No. 3, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels to focus on propaganda and mobilizing people to raise awareness of storm prevention and control. In particular, closely monitoring developments, fully preparing response plans; proactively evacuating from dangerous areas, especially coastal areas, rivers and streams, low-lying areas.

Units closely coordinate with authorities, functional forces and member organizations to synchronously deploy activities to prepare for storm response. At the same time, they are encouraged to not go to sea or travel through dangerous areas; ensure the safety of life and property and coordinate well in rescue work when necessary.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels promotes warning information and storm response guidance through grassroots communication channels; mobilizes forces to support disadvantaged people, the elderly, and children in high-risk areas to evacuate to safe places, especially in coastal and island areas.
