According to the plan, at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday (March 1, 2025), at the double road area, Phong Khe I Industrial Cluster, the People's Committee of Phong Khe Ward (Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province) will take the lead in organizing the cleaning of internal roads, alleys, hamlets and axes and roads in the ward. Conducted the planting of 100 scattered trees, with the participation of more than 1,200 students, youth union members, members of the Women's Union, Farmers' Association, the City Military Command, functional agencies and people in Phong Khe ward.
The cleaning of internal roads and axes and routes will be carried out regularly by Phong Khe ward.
The Bac Ninh City Construction Project Management Board will collect and treat remaining household waste in the ward; dredge the drainage system; Phong Khe Ward People's Committee will plant 100 flower bushes. The completion time is before March 30, 2025.

The People's Council of Bac Ninh province has also issued a Resolution on regulations on policies to support production termination and job conversion at production facilities causing serious environmental pollution in Phong Khe ward - Bac Ninh city, Van Mon commune - Yen Phong district, Phu Lam commune - Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province.
To completely resolve the pollution problem, Phong Khe paper craft village is oriented by Bac Ninh province to be converted into a dry port and logistics service area with a total investment of 4,600 billion VND.
