The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9 - 10 (75 - 102km/h), gusting to level 13. The storm is moving northward at a speed of about 5km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move north at a speed of about 3km/h. At 1:00 p.m. on November 30, the center of the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude; 112.4 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 340km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity remains at level 9-10, gusting to level 13.

Dangerous area in the next 24 hours from 12 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; 111 to 114 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move west at a speed of about 3km/h. At 1:00 p.m. on December 1, the center of the storm was at about 14.4 degrees north latitude; 112.1 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 310km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity will gradually weaken, level 9, gusting to level 11.

The danger zone in the next 48 hours is from 12.5 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; 111 to 114 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will move southwest at a speed of 3-5km/h. At 1:00 p.m. on December 2, the center of the storm was at about 13.8 degrees north latitude; 111.4 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 250km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity will continue to weaken, level 8, gusting to level 10.

The danger zone in the next 72 hours is from 12.5 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; 110 to 113.5 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area between the East Sea and the sea off the coastal provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move west-southwest at a speed of 5-10km/h and continue to weaken.

At sea, the northwest sea area of the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 7, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 8-10, gusts of level 12-13; waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of 6-8m; the sea will be very rough. Ship operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
