The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusting to level 13. The storm is moving north-northwest at a speed of 5-10km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move north at a speed of 3-5km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on November 30, the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude; 112.3 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 330km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity remains at level 9-10, gusting to level 13.

Dangerous area in the next 24 hours from 11.5 to 15 degrees north latitude; 111 to 115 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move west at a speed of about 3km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on December 1, the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude; 112 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 300km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity gradually weakened to level 9, gusting to level 12.

The danger zone is from 12 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; 110 to 114.5 degrees east longitude. Natural disaster risk level: level 3, the northwest sea area between the East Sea and the offshore waters of the provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa.

It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will move west-southwest, at a speed of 3-5km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on December 2, the location was at about 13.8 degrees north latitude; 111.3 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 230km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The intensity continued to weaken to level 8-9, gusting to level 12.

The danger zone is from 12 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; west of the longitude 114 degrees east longitude. Natural disaster risk level: level 3, the northwest sea area between the East Sea and the offshore waters of the provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move slowly in the west-southwest direction at a speed of 3-5km/h and will continue to weaken.

At sea, the northwest sea area of the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 7 - 8; the area near the storm center will have strong winds of level 9 - 10, gusting to level 12 - 13. The waves are 3 - 5m high, the area near the storm center will have 6 - 8m; the sea is very rough.

The offshore sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa will have strong winds of level 6 - 7, then increase to level 8, gusting to level 9 - 10; waves 4 - 6m high, rough seas.

Ship operating in the above dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
