According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 7:00 a.m. on November 29, the center of storm No. 15 was at about 13.6 degrees north latitude; 112.3 degrees east longitude, about 320km northwest of Song Tu Tay Island. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusting to level 13. The storm is moving northward at a speed of about 5km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move northward, at a speed of about 3km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on November 30, the center of the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude; 112.5 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 340km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. Storm intensity level 9-10, gust level 13.

Dangerous area in the next 24 hours from 11.5 to 15 degrees north latitude; 111 to 115 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move westward at a speed of about 2km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on December 1, the center of the storm was at about 14.3 degrees north latitude; 112.2 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 310km east of the eastern coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity will gradually weaken, level 9, gusting to level 12.

The danger zone is from 12 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; 110 to 114.5 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea, the sea area off the coast of the provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa.

It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will move southwest, at a speed of 3-5km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on December 2, the center of the storm was at about 13.8 degrees north latitude; 111.4 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 230km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province. The storm intensity continues to weaken, level 8-9, gusting to level 12.

The danger zone is from 12 to 15.5 degrees north latitude; west of the longitude 114 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk, the affected area is the northwest sea area of the central East Sea, the sea area off the coast of the provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa.

Warning from the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move slowly in the west-southwest direction, speed about 5km/h and continue to weaken.

At sea, the northwest sea area of the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 7-8; the area near the storm center will have strong winds of level 9-10, gusts of level 12-13; waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm center will have strong winds of 6-8m; the sea will be very rough.

The offshore sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa will have strong winds of level 6-7, then increase to level 8, gusting to level 9 Legal waves 4-6m high; rough seas. Ship operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
