The soil moisture model shows that some areas in the above provinces have been near saturation (over 85%) or reached saturation status.
Warning in the next 3-6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang from 40 - 80mm, in some places over 120mm; Son La and Phu Tho from 20 - 40mm, in some places over 70mm; especially Thai Nguyen from 5 - 10mm, in some places over 30mm.
