In the Northeast, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and early morning. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

From October 23 to 25, cold air will intensify. In the North, it will be cold at night and early morning, and in mountainous areas it will be cold; in the afternoon it will be sunny.

Central Region

From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue from October 19 to 20, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

From the night of October 20 to 22, Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain.

From October 23 to 25, Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue will have rain in some places; in the south of this area, from October 23 to 24, there is a possibility of moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain in some places.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, from October 19 to 20, it is forecasted to have showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny during the day.

From the night of October 20 to 21, the above area is forecast to have moderate rain and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some places.
