From January 1 to May 4, the clouds will change, the weather will be sunny, the heat will narrow, and there will be increased rain in the afternoon and evening; locally there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and thunderstorms, so beware of lightning, strong gusts of wind and tornadoes. The highest temperature ranges from 32 - 35 degrees Celsius.
Regarding high tides, water levels at most stations in the downstream area of the Saigon - Dong Nai river will continue to rise following the high tides in early April of the lunar calendar for another 2-3 days, then fall again.
From April 28 to May 1, the southern coast will experience a high tide. This high tide is not high, the peak tide at Phu An and Nha Be stations is likely to be close to or above alert level 1 (altitude is 140 - 145 cm).
However, it can cause flooding on some roads, low-lying areas in Nha Be district, District 7, District 8 with flooding time from 4 - 6am, 5 - 7pm and some low-lying areas in Can Tho, Vinh Long, especially in case of rain.
