The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the Central region will enter a period of prolonged heavy rain.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain in some places at night, fog in some places in the early morning, and sunny days. Cold at night and early morning, some mountainous areas in the North are very cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have rain in some places; on November 15, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain in some places. From the night of November 15, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
Other areas will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, sunny during the day; on November 16, there will be rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of November 16 to November 24.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa, Nghe An will have rain in some places. Cold at night and early morning, some places in high mountains are very cold; from around the night of November 17, the weather will turn cold, some places in the mountainous areas of the North will be very cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain. From November 19, the area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa will maintain heavy rain.
Lam Dong and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially from the night of November 16 to 18, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
