Weather Forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the next 24 to 48 hours, there will be very heavy rain in some places in the North.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms from the night of September 30 to the early morning of October 1; there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms later in some places. The weather will turn cool, and the night and early morning will be cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue will have showers and thunderstorms in some places. From the afternoon of October 1-2, the area from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain in some places.
Other areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, sunny during the day. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a forecast of notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 2 to October 10.
In the North and Thanh Hoa, there will be no rain at night and sunny days. The weather will be cool, cold at night and early morning, especially in the mountainous areas from the night of October 2 to 4.10 at night and early morning it will be cold. From October 3, there will be scattered fog and light fog in the early morning. From October 3 to 10, the weather will be mainly sunny during the day.
North Central region from night 2 - 4.10 night and early morning cold. From 3 - 10.10, the weather during the day is mainly sunny.
The Central Central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms on the night of October 2, with some heavy rain. From October 5 to 6, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.
In the South Central region, from October 3 to 10, there are forecasted to be showers and thunderstorms in some places.
In the Central Highlands and the South, from October 3 to 10, scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast in the late afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
