Accordingly, there will be no rain in the North and Thanh Hoa, some places will have fog in the early morning, and sunny in the afternoon.
In Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and at night, with some places having heavy rain; sunny during the day.
