According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently, the inner city of Hanoi is experiencing moderate to heavy rain.

In the next 3 - 6 hours (from 4:50 p.m. on July 19), the inner city of Hanoi and neighboring areas will continue to have heavy rain with common rainfall ranging from 20 - 50mm, some places over 80mm.

This rain is likely to cause flooding for many streets with common depths of 15 - 20cm; some streets are likely to be flooded deeper with a depth of 20 - 40cm.
