Cold air is strong, where is the lowest temperature today?

Due to the impact of strong cold air, the temperature in Hanoi at 6am this morning, January 13, dropped to 7.3 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, cold air continues to be strong today, January 13.

The Northern region and Thanh Hoa - Nghe An region are very cold, especially the mountainous and midland regions of the North are very cold. The region from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai is very cold.

High mountain areas are prone to frost, ice and hoarfrost. Severe cold, frost, ice and hoarfrost can affect crops and livestock.

According to the meteorological agency, this morning the lowest temperature observed points were: Lang Son (Lang Son Station) 2.5 degrees Celsius; Cao Bang (Cao Bang Station) 3.2 degrees Celsius; Bac Kan (Bac Kan Station) 4.8 degrees Celsius.
