The penalty decision clearly states that Green Home Service Management Joint Stock Company allowed violations to occur at Tecco Center Point Apartment Building (in Binh Minh Urban Area, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City). When collecting, managing and treating household waste, it is not in accordance with one of the contents of the environmental license.
For domestic wastewater, domestic wastewater discharged into the environment contains common parameters exceeding environmental technical standards on waste by 2.6-5.04 times. Violating regulations on trial operation of waste treatment works. The amount of money that Green Home Service Management Joint Stock Company was fined and had to pay was 538 million VND.
As for Manh Thanh Company Limited, violations occurred at the factory producing sandals and votive paper (in Dong Hoang commune, Thanh Hoa city). Violations include: not operating a centralized wastewater treatment system built at the facility; installing equipment and pipes to discharge untreated waste into the environment; discharging wastewater with a flow of 70m3/day with pollution parameters exceeding technical standards into the environment. The amount of money that Manh Thanh Company Limited was fined and had to pay was more than 844 million VND.
According to the decision, along with being administratively sanctioned, the above two enterprises must take remedial measures in accordance with regulations.
