Day and night on December 9, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone), the sea area west of the South East Sea area (including the sea area west of Truong Sa special zone) and the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau have winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; rough seas; wave height 2 - 4 m.
The sea area from Da Nang city to Dak Lak and the western sea area of the central East Sea will have winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; wave height of 2 - 4 m.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Hue city has winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; wave height 2 - 3 m.
