Previously, Mr. Le Van Khoa (born in 1995, residing in Tan Thang commune, Ham Tan district) went to the commune police to report that he had suddenly received 500 million VND in his bank account and asked them to find the information of the person who transferred it by mistake to return it. After that, Ms. T authorized her son to contact and work with the Tan Thang commune police.
