Overcoming the difficult roads, Ho Hoang Liem - the young man of Da Nang - and the Club have persistently brought solar power to remote villages.

From the coastal city of Da Nang, the young man Ho Hoang Liem - head of the pink Smile Club - has been working hard to carry out the mission of bringing solar power to the people of the highlands.

In December 2024, the joy burst out at Ong Vanh Headquarters and the two villages of Ong Yen and Ong Chien in Tra Don commune, Nam Tra My district, Quang Nam province. More than 160 households here were lit up for the first time thanks to the 220V power system from the solar power station deployed by Mr. Liem and the club, bringing great joy to the people.

Mr. Liem's charity journey does not stop in Quang Nam. In early March this year, he and his club members traveled more than 1,000km, to Sang So Kindergarten, Sung Tra commune, Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province. Amidst the cat ear mountains, this pig-shaped school used to be a place where 70 children studied, 85 H'Mong households are used to a life of poverty.

The Solar Power Station - Cinema on Mountain No. 32 project with a total cost of 200 million VND has changed everything. In particular, the film studio built with a power station has opened a door connecting to the outside world, bringing useful entertainment and learning moments to both students and people. Warm clothes and school supplies are given to children as an addition to warmth and motivation to go to school.

Ong Thuong School, Tra Don Commune, Nam Tra My District, Quang Nam Province will be the next destination in Mr. Liem's journey to light up his smile. He understands that installing power stations not only brings light, limiting the risk of house fires, but is also a foundation for people to develop the economy and improve their lives. He has a plan to equip people with headlights to work in the fields, and a light to learn to charge the children's batteries...

Mr. Liem also hopes that there will be more cooperation and contribution from the community and philanthropists, so that the light from power stations can spread more widely and further, to many villages in the mountainous areas with difficulties. Because he believes that every small ray of light can light up hope, sowing seeds for a brighter future.
