According to the reporter's investigation, the clip was recorded on a passenger bus running through Ho Chi Minh City in Binh Duong area.
The person in the clip giving first aid to the stroke victim is Mr. P.N.L - a medical staff member, currently working at a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
On the evening of November 28, Mr. L took a bus from the center of Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Phuoc ward, Dong Nai province.
While the car was running on National Highway 13, when he reached the section in Thu Dau Mot ward, he discovered a man sitting in the front seat suddenly doing a wheelie, showing signs of a stroke. When he arrived to check, Mr. L discovered that the victim had stopped breathing.
"I ran up to catch the attentional artery, discovered that the artery was no longer beating, so I took a heart attack, about 1 minute later, his heart beat again" - Mr. L said.
The driver immediately drove the car into Binh Duong General Hospital. When he arrived at the hospital, the man regained consciousness and was further treated by the doctor.
According to information from the hospital, the man showed signs of a stroke on a bus, is now out of danger and is being treated and monitored for health.
