Moved by the timely help of the Police force 113, Mr. Nguyen Luong Anh (born in 1992, residing in Vo Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province) wrote a letter expressing his gratitude to the Police force 113.
In the letter, Mr. Nguyen Luong Anh thanked the Provincial Police Director, Commander of PC06 Department for training officers and soldiers to help the people when necessary.
The incident occurred at around 8:30 a.m. on February 13, 2025 at Nguyen Huu Canh Street (opposite Hieu Hang Supermarket, Dong Hoi City). While patrolling and controlling, the working group of the 113 Police force discovered Mr. Nguyen Luong Anh lying unconscious in the middle of the road. Immediately, officers and soldiers along with local people took him to the emergency room at the Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Hospital in Dong Hoi, helping him escape the danger. His health is now stable.
Not only did the police force support the victim in taking him to the emergency room, they also kept Nguyen Luong Anh's vehicle and handed it over in full after he was discharged from the hospital. The dedicated and responsible actions of the officers and soldiers left a good impression on the people.
Mr. Nguyen Luong Anh's letter of thanks is one of many letters of thanks that the leaders of Quang Binh Provincial Police have received in the past time. The meaningful actions of the officers and soldiers of Quang Binh Police in general and the 113 Police force in particular continue to affirm the spirit of "Serving the people", building a beautiful image of the police officer in the hearts of the people.
