Quang Tri - Mr. Nguyen Thua Vu in Bac Gianh ward and the ward police supported the return of 220 million VND to the person who transferred it by mistake.

On October 23, Bac Gianh Ward Police (Quang Tri Provincial Police) assisted Mr. Nguyen Thua Vu (born in 1957, residing in Dong Mon Residential Area, Bac Gianh Ward) to verify and contact the owner of the mistakenly transferred account to return the amount of 220 million VND.

Previously, at around 2:10 p.m. the same day, Mr. Vu discovered that his bank account had suddenly received 220 million VND from some strange accounts, so he proactively reported it to the ward police.

After receiving the money, Bac Gianh Ward Police coordinated with the bank to conduct a search and determined that the person who transferred the money by mistake was Ms. L.T.H.P (born in 1992, residing in Quarter 1, Ba Don Ward, Quang Tri Province). The police quickly contacted and completed the procedures to support both sides in returning the full amount.

Mr. Nguyen Thua Vu's honest and self-conscious actions are considered a beautiful gesture, contributing to spreading the spirit of "good people - good deeds" in the community.

Bac Gianh Ward Police recommends that people who receive money transferred by mistake should immediately report it to the police for guidance to avoid falling into fraud tricks.
