On December 2, Son Ha Commune Police said that on the afternoon of December 1, 2025, Son Ha Commune Police received a report from Ms. Huynh Thi Vang (born in 1992) about her dropping a bag of more than 117 million VND on her way home from work.

This is a huge amount of money for the family, making her extremely worried and panicked. Upon receiving the news, Son Ha Commune Police urgently assigned forces, reviewed the route, notified the villages and coordinated with the people to support the search.

Meanwhile, Ms. Pham Thi Hue (born in 1979), residing in Lang Bo village, Son Ha commune, discovered a bag of money on the road. Without hesitation, Ms. Hue contacted the Commune Police to report, requesting support in finding the person who dropped it and handing over all the money she had picked up, hoping the property would soon return to the person who lost it.

Son Ha Commune Police have drawn up a record of receiving, preserving the property and returning more than 117 million VND to Ms. Huynh Thi Vang. In an emotional moment, Ms. Vang's family choked up as they thanked the Commune Police force and sent their deep gratitude to Ms. Hue.

Immediately after the incident, Ms. Huynh Thi Vang's family wrote a letter of thanks to Son Ha Commune Police and Ms. Pham Thi Hue.
