On January 8, Duy Xuyen District Police, Quang Nam verified and returned 18 million VND of lost property to the owner.

Previously, at around 6:15 p.m. on January 7, Mr. Vo Duy Khanh (born in 1990, residing in Duy Trung commune, Duy Xuyen district) was on his way home when he discovered a cloth bag dropped by a local resident at the Trung Dong Intersection, Duy Trung, Duy Xuyen.

Mr. Khanh picked it up and checked, found 18 million VND inside, so he immediately went to Duy Xuyen District Police to report and ask them to find the person to return it.

After receiving the property, Duy Xuyen District Police verified and returned it to the victims, Mr. Kieu Thai Long and his wife, Chu Thi Anh (living in An Thanh village, Duy Trung commune, Duy Xuyen district).

Mr. Kieu Thai Long shared that he was very grateful for the kindness and non-greediness of Mr. Vo Duy Khanh, who helped his family find a large sum of money near Tet.
