On November 2, information from Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that the unit had just received a thank you letter from citizen Ha Tuan Manh, born in 1997 in Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province, for the act of picking up lost property and returning it to the owner of Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Immigration Management Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
Previously, on the afternoon of October 18, on his way home from work, arriving at Ly Tu Tan Street, Bac Giang Ward, comrade Khanh picked up a black leather wallet, inside of which was 01 CCCD card, 01 vehicle registration and nearly 2 million VND in cash.
Immediately after picking up the wallet, comrade Khanh went to Bac Giang Ward Police to report and coordinate with the Ward Police to verify, find and contact the person who dropped it.
After only 30 minutes, Bac Giang Ward Police clarified and invited Mr. Ha Tuan Manh to the Ward Police to receive the lost property.
At the police station, Mr. Manh expressed his sincere gratitude to the officers and soldiers of Bac Giang Ward Police who wholeheartedly supported and helped him find his wallet and many important lost personal documents.
In particular, he expressed his gratitude to Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Immigration Management Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police for their sense of responsibility in picking up lost items and returning them to the owner.
