    Ha Tinh - The man who borrowed a car and drove in the wrong direction, almost causing an accident, was punished by the Traffic Police.

    The Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police has just summoned, drawn up a record and issued a decision to fine driver Vo Thanh Q (born in 1985, residing in Duc Tho Commune, Ha Tinh Province) 5 million VND for driving in the wrong lane.

    According to driver Q, on the afternoon of December 5, he borrowed a car with license plate 38A - 328.xx from Mr. Dao Tat T (born in 1988, residing in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province) to drive on National Highway 8 from Duc Tho commune to Bac Hong Linh ward.

    At about 4:30 p.m. the same day, when moving to Km7+300 of National Highway 8 in Duc Quang commune, they went to the opposite lane.

    The incident was recorded by the dashcam of another car. After that, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police received a report about a car with license plate 38A - 328.xx traveling in the wrong direction, so they searched for the driver to handle it.
