    Mr. Duong said: "I bought this house from a family in Thanh Hoa. According to the remaining roofing date, the house dates back to 1922. Because this house has been around for a long time, many items have shown signs of deterioration. I have to repair and upgrade it so that it can be used and used by my family. Most of the items are made of wood to avoid termites. I regularly clean and kill termites periodically."
