Regarding the project scale, the main route is an urban road, design speed = 60 km/h. The total length of the route is about 7,040m, including the Binh Thuy bridge section with a length of about 145m (main bridge length).

The project has a total construction investment of nearly 7,238 billion VND, from the central budget and local budget. Of which, compensation, support and resettlement costs are more than 5,556 billion VND; Construction cost is more than 1,302 billion VND; The remaining are equipment costs, project management costs, construction investment consulting costs, other costs, and contingency costs.
