The Memorial House of General Secretary Truong Chinh is a place of important historical and cultural significance, located in Hanh Thien village, Xuan Hong commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province. This is the birth and growth place of the late General Secretary Truong Chinh. The ancient mansion was built by Dr. Dang Xuan Bang, the grandfather of the late General Secretary Truong Chinh, in 1902.

The road leading to the General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House is about 300m long, and from the village gate is paved with beautiful, clean and ancient red bricks.

The space between the memorial house is a place of worship for General Secretary Truong Chinh and his family members.

The Memorial House of the late General Secretary Truong Chinh has an area of about 2,100m2. In addition to souvenir houses (children's houses), guest houses, and houses withoi roofs, the campus also has fish ponds, green gardens, and surrounding walls with traditional architectural style of the old Northern rural area. In 1994, the Memorial House of General Secretary Truong Chinh was recognized as a National Historical - Cultural Relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
