The project of the connecting route from Km30 of Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway to the center of Thanh Ba district has a total investment of 250 billion VND, invested by Thanh Ba District People's Committee. After more than 2 years of construction, the project route has now taken shape (contract implementation period from November 18, 2022 - November 2, 2025).

Invested and built according to the standards of a grade III plain road, this route has a design speed of 80km/h, with a 12m wide roadbed, 7m wide road surface... The starting point of the route connects to the inter-commune traffic road in Zone 3, Thanh Ba town; the end point goes through Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway (in Dai An commune, Thanh Ba district) and connects to National Highway 2 at Km95+250.

According to the report of Thanh Ba District Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to now, 6.2 km/6.94 km of road has been handed over. Of which, 6.2 km of basic roadbed excavation and embankment has been completed; 5.5 km/6.2 km of type II crushed stone layer has been completed, and 3.5 km/6.2 km of type I.

The value of the completed project volume is 76.8/158.58 billion VND, reaching 48.42% of the construction contract value.

In the future, when the project route is handed over and put into use, it will create a traffic axis from the center of Thanh Ba district connecting with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho highway, meeting the travel needs of the people, contributing to the development of industrial parks/clusters in the area, creating momentum for socio-economic development.
