The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 623 on the recovery of 986 m2 of land with a prime location in the land plot marked A4 in the auction area of Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, voluntarily returned the land by Him Lam Joint Stock Company.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Long Bien District to manage and propose land use plan as prescribed.
According to the decision, the location and boundaries of the land are determined in the Adjusted Master Plan approved by the Long Bien District People's Committee on June 27, 2014. The reason for land recovery is that at the end of 2024, Him Lam Joint Stock Company issued a document requesting the voluntary return of land to the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
The People's Committee of Hanoi City has the above recovered land area for the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to prepare a land allocation dossier as prescribed.
Talking to labor in the afternoon of 10.2, Mr. Nguyen The Tuan - Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Long Bien District, the unit that received, managed and used land - said that the center has received the land and is being promoted export with the city to implement the project.
"We are contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi to see the field handover plan. Currently the land has been cleared clean ground," Mr. Tuan informed.
According to Mr. Tuan, the land area of A4 will be implemented in accordance with the plan. If planning is residential land, the center will propose auction of residential land use rights; If it is an agency or unit, it will propose auction of land use rights for this purpose. At present, the land is subject to residential land, so it is necessary to complete the dossier, develop auction policy and organize public auction as prescribed.
According to the 2025 land use plan in Long Bien district, Him Lam Joint Stock Company also has a number of other projects in the area. Including the 3,300m2 high-rise housing project in Thach Ban ward; the Thuong Thanh ward social housing area and connecting technical infrastructure in the area; Golf course project in the auxiliary category of Him Lam Long Bien residential villa rental area in Phuc Dong ward.
In addition to Him Lam Joint Stock Company, two other real estate businesses have also appeared in Long Bien District's land use plan. These are the Gia Quat residential area project in Thuong Thanh ward of BIC Vietnam Joint Stock Company and the high-rise housing project in Phuc Dong ward of Thang Long - Vietnam Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
