Lam Dong conducts a general review of villa rentals

Lam Dong - The provincial People's Committee leaders assigned units to review the process, procedures and other issues in leasing houses and land belonging to the villa fund in the area.

On September 27, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, Da Lat City People's Committee, Bao Loc City People's Committee and districts to inspect and review cases of villa rental in the province.

According to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, in recent times, the management and use of public assets such as houses and land belonging to the villa fund in the province have basically ensured legal regulations.

However, there is still a situation of management and use of houses and land in the villa fund not for the right rental purposes; slow fulfillment of financial obligations to the State budget.

Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize inspections, review processes, procedures and other related issues in leasing houses and land belonging to the villa fund in the province.

In which, the units inspect and review the process of investors putting assets into use and the performance of financial obligations to the State budget.

In addition, the Department of Finance needs to urgently urge the People's Committees of districts, Da Lat city and Bao Loc to review and synthesize the situation of management and use of public assets; inspect, review and synthesize the situation of management and use of public assets in the whole province.

From there, compare with legal regulations to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee before September 30.
