    Dong Nai - According to the Department of Construction, in 2025, the province will strive to start construction of 11,953 social housing units in 13 projects.

    On April 8, according to the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province, in 2025, the province will strive to start construction of 11,953 social housing units (including 9 projects in the group of investors assigned and 4 projects in the group of commercial project investors applying for investment at the 20% land fund).

    Previously, on August 22, 2022, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee issued a Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on developing workers' housing and social housing in the province for the period 2021 - 2025, with the target of the period 2021 - 2025 striving to build about 10,000 social housing units.

    Up to now, the 2021 - 2024 period has completed and put into use 1,660 social housing units.

    At the same time, in 2024, construction of 2 social housing projects with a scale of 1,196 apartments (including 1,098 apartments in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city and 98 apartments in Trang Bom town) was started.
