The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the detailed planning task for the renovation and reconstruction of Nghia Tan Residential Area, scale 1/500. The residential area is located in Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Accordingly, the total area of research for detailed planning tasks is about 316,611 m2.
The planned population scale for renovation and reconstruction of Nghia Tan Residential Area will be accurately determined during the research process to establish a detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 based on the results of the survey and assessment of the actual population status in the old renovated and rebuilt apartment buildings and existing houses.
The time to complete the detailed planning project is 6 months from the date of approval of the planning task. Thus, it is expected that in June 2025, the city will complete the detailed planning project to renovate and rebuild Nghia Tan Collective Housing Area.
Nghia Tan collective housing area under the People's Committee of Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District was built in 1987. This area consists of 23 apartment buildings, from 3 to 5 floors high; the average area of each apartment is from 18 to 20 square meters. After a long time of use, the collective housing area is now seriously degraded.
