The 341-page book "Counseling in Every Breath" by author Ruby Nguyen carries the message: "Return to nourish your mind every day, live mindfully and connect with your heart", the experiences in the retreat have become a natural and subtle harmony with the core content that the book wants to convey.

Explaining the decision to organize a retreat instead of a regular book launch, author Ruby Nguyen said: “Sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of life, we forget that we also need a moment to pause, to look back, to see and hear our hearts clearly. The idea for this program was inspired by that.

Instead of book introductions, we entered peaceful moments together, leisurely walking by the clear lake in the middle of the pine forest in Da Lat, letting sincere questions touch the depths of our inner selves, to breathe together, share together and connect together.

We don't need to rush to find the answer, but just allow ourselves to feel, contemplate and let the feeling of happiness gently spread and penetrate deep into our souls."

The book “Counseling in Every Breath” is also a journey of awakening, guiding readers through gentle yet profound coaching questions to explore the inner self. Divided into four stages: Breathing - Opening - Questioning - Blossoming, the book provides a map to help readers open up and receive the peace inherent within themselves.

Author Ruby Nguyen also shared that the book is full of tools, simple methods accompanied by deep analysis and sample mindfulness coaching questions that they can use to open the way for people to return to themselves and reach the real answer.

In 2023, Ruby Nguyen released her debut book “Living Like a Fireworks”. The book quickly became a hit, was reprinted just 10 days after its release, and was honored to be nominated for the 2024 National Book Award.
